Shipping rates & delivery We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 within Canada. Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $40 and are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or stolen packages ZIWA Natural Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier if you have concerns about your delivery.
